• All CYC staff & volunteers hold a current, state-based Working with Children clearance, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care.
• All staff & volunteers are trained, accountable, and required to follow clear child safety policies and codes of conduct.
• We take concerns seriously and act promptly to prevent harm, respond to risk, and uphold our legal and moral responsibilities.
