Staff members must uphold CYC’s commitment to child safety, ensuring the protection, respect and empowerment of all children. Respond promptly to concerns, follow policies and always maintain professional, respectful conduct.

• PURPOSE: The purpose of this code of conduct is to outline Christian Youth Camps’ (CYC) expectations of how staff and volunteers must
  behave to safeguard and protect children and vulnerable people from all forms of abuse.
• SCOPE: This code of conduct applies to all CYC employees, volunteers, contractors, sub-contractors on all CYC sites and must be
  adhered to at all times.
