Young Adults Camp

Find a positive community as a Young Adult

Camp is a place where people can connect through shared experiences and meet people from a variety of backgrounds. As a young adult, it can be difficult to meet like minded people in everyday life: So camp is a perfect place to develop friendships and have fun as a community!

Three Sixty Young Adults Camp is a place for people to grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus. There is space for open conversations, prayer, worship and teaching: All facilitated by mature mentors who are invested in supporting young adults in their faith journeys.

Am I able to leave site during camp?

The role of leaders on Young Adults camp is a little different to on Holiday Camp. They are there to fill a mentor role by supporting and encouraging campers, leading conversations during discussion times and helping to facilitate the best camp experience. Camps for father & son

A weekend of Bonding experiences for fathers and their teenage sons

Growing Good Men is an experiential program for fathers (or significant male role models) and boys in Years 7 to 10 (ages 12 to 17). Together, you will explore the journey into manhood, covering topics such as: Adolescence, identity, purpose, managing anger, relationships with girls & women and the value of a meaningful rite of passage.

The weekend combines short keynote sessions, guided father and son conversations, small groups and a range of engaging activities. Adventure elements such as a high ropes course and flying fox are balanced with time for reflection and prayer. The highlight is a powerful Rite of Passage on Saturday evening, followed by a Father’s Blessing and a commissioning to close the weekend.

Every boy needs to know he is seen, accepted, and valued by his father. Every father needs support to guide his son well. This weekend helps both take that step together.

Who can attend Growing Good Men?

Growing Good Men is a weekend built for fathers and their teenage sons.

At the same time, we are aware that this might always be a possibility for every young person, and that this ‘father’ relationship may look different for them. Because of this we are open for young people to attend with another significant male mentor or relation. In this situation, the Parent/Guardian of the young person would need to fill in additional permissions for the role model to attend camp with their young person. If you are seeking to do this, we would encourage you to reach out to the Camp Director prior to placing your application.

I have two teenage sons in that age bracket, can we all attend together?

Growing Good Men is structured around the individual relationship between a father and their son.

Because of the nature of the conversations that are facilitated, fathers would only be able to get the most out of the program, by engaging and connecting with only one son on camp.

Do I have to be a Christian to attend?

No, this camp is for everyone to come and enjoy a fun weekend in community growing in your relationship, but also through the shared experience of camp. As on all of our camps, there will be times to hear about faith and have discussions about life, however the aim of these is to be approachable by everyone.

Who are the leaders?

The role of leaders on Growing Good Men is a little different to our traditional camps. Alongside our Camp Director and some key facilitators, they are there to fill a mentor role by supporting and encouraging participants, leading conversations during discussion times, and helping to facilitate the best camp experience for everyone involved.
