Our Ministries team focuses on the spiritual heart of CYC. Through leadership, mentoring and faith-based programs, they help guide young people in their faith journey and create meaningful moments that last a lifetime.
The Programming team creates and delivers exciting outdoor activities and camp experiences. From adventure activities to group facilitation, this team helps campers grow in confidence, teamwork and resilience.
The Catering team prepares nutritious and delicious meals that fuel campers for big days of adventure. They play an essential role in hospitality, ensuring every guest feels cared for and well-fed during their stay.
Our Housekeeping team ensures our facilities are clean, comfortable and ready for guests. Their attention to detail helps create a welcoming environment where campers and leaders can feel at home.
Our Maintenance team keeps our camps safe, functional and welcoming for every guest. From building upkeep to grounds maintenance and repairs, this team ensures our facilities are always ready for camps, schools and events.
The Administration team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From bookings and guest services to coordination and support, they play a key role in delivering excellent experiences for every group.
Our Head Office team supports the wider CYC organisation through leadership, finance, marketing, HR and strategy. They help guide the vision of CYC and support our camps across the country.
