Situated on 80 acres of landscaped grounds in the heart of Phillip Island, The Resort benefits from its close proximity to many local attractions and beaches. Featured among The Resort’s large choice of recreational facilities are 2 solar heated pools, one indoor heated pool, an extensive range of professionally built and accredited adventure activities, including 3 giant swings, 2×2 high ropes courses and multiple twin flying foxes, as well as two large recreational lakes.

This very modern purpose-built complex offers accommodation for 500-plus guests, by a combination of various facilities, these: Silverleaves ● Woolamai ● Smiths ● The Colonnades. Each facility enjoys separate air-conditioned dining, function and meeting areas plus activity facilities. Guest rooms are airconditioned and ensuited. The overall facility is designed in such a way that, whether booked in part or in whole, all guest groups enjoy privacy and personal group space.
City CYC

City CYC is a 200 bed group accommodation venue, situated in a beautiful heritage-listed building in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. We cater exclusively for groups (usually of 30+ people), welcoming school, church, youth and community groups.

Facility highlights include a central location on the corner of Collins Street and King Street in inner city Melbourne. It's a beautiful fully refurbished historic 1910 building operating over four levels, which means it can accommodate several groups at one time.
ADANAC CYC

13 acres of undulating parkland, manicured gardens, natural bush, recreational lake, & magnificent views over the Yarra Ranges are situated only an hour east of Melbourne’s CBD!

Adanac is designed to cater to an array of group sizes with a variety of objectives such as action and adventure, conferencing and workshops, or relaxation and reflection. Our pristine scenery, experienced staff, and comfortable facilities are so inviting , you won’t want to leave!
The Island CYC

Situated on 2.5 hectares of landscaped gardens, CYC The Island is nestled in the heart of Cowes, within strolling distance of safe sandy beaches, the picturesque coastal township and a short drive to Phillip Island’s world-renowned tourist attractions. Relax and explore the facility itself or browse among the many foreshore shops and cafes, while soaking up the sun, surf and sand.

As an all-season Conference and Retreat Centre CYC The Island caters for 200+ guests in two separate accommodation areas , each offering centrally heated ensuited rooms and separate air-conditioning dining, function, meeting and indoor recreation areas, removing the need to share, and ensuring the privacy and comfort of all guests.
Forest Edge

Step into adventure via our exhilarating high ropes course, or 310 metre flying fox. Reach for the top on our high indoor climbing wall or float quietly down the LaTrobe River on your own personal river raft! With an overall capacity to sleep 200+ guests, Forest Edge’s two separate accommodation areas allow for a variety of group sizes. LATROBE RIVER LODGE accommodates 130+ guests in modern, en-suited, and centrally heated guestrooms. This area offers a fully-catered dining room, a 200 seat function room, plus multiple breakout rooms.

McKERLIE CREEK CABINS accommodates a maximum of 70 guests in a modern, rustic style with centralised bathrooms, private function and dining rooms, and a full-equipped commercial kitchen for self-catering.

The Colonnades Conference Centre is ideally suited for business conferences, residential training, hospitality events, and common interest group retreats. Whether you are planning a weekend or mid-week event, our flexible facilities, professional hospitality, quality catering and superb setting will ensure your guests’ comfort and enjoyment.

Set among eighty acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Colonnades is fully equipped for work and play. Modern facilities accommodate 90 plus delegates in 2 bedroom suites and self contained units.
